We interrupt our regular programming for a fellow Cardi in need!

No pictures of me today, but a favor to ask.

One of our fellow Cardis needs help! Little Adam, who is 11 days old today is sick and needs all the arooos and prayers we can send him. He is the only puppy from his Mama Sedona, and he is a handsome guy like me!

Stop by Got Corgi? and check out our buddy, and leave him a few encouraging woofs if you'd like. He'd love that!

Get well soon, buddy! We're pulling for you!

A dirty, low-down shame

Our new friends Wilson and Jimmy asked their mom Taryn to send some of her pictures from this weekend's puppy party. Well actually, my mom asked her because her camera is a piece of crap and takes terrible pictures. (Hey mom, am I allowed to say crap? Crap! Crap! Crap!)

Mud is awesome! I had no idea what I was missing out on! Mean Mom always makes me stay out of the mud or I have to take a bath with that smelly stuff that makes me smell like an old lady.

It's not only fun to roll in, it's fun to drink too! Kind of like a cafe mocha!

There were all kinds of awesome smells.

Uh oh. The Fun Police, a.k.a Mean Mom got me. She doesn't look happy.
Happy? I mean, seriously...look at me! You are in so much trouble for posting this, dude. Big trouble. Not only had I been rained on no fewer than 627 times, I had a bad haircut and my face looks like Jabba the Hut. Seriously, knock it off!

At this point, Grandma Janet saved me from Mean Mom and gave me a nice bath. I love you, Grandma Janet! You rock!

Then, I got to go back inside and pose for pictures with my Mama Scout and my sister Sally. Aren't we cute?

Now, if you want the G-rated version of this weekend, hop on over to Grandma Janet's. I love you Grandma Janet!

If you want the R-rated version, then slink on over to Jimmy and Wilson's blog.

For the NC-17 version, try Jon Farleigh and Dewi's blog. As if that surprises anyone.

Mean Mom says: Thanks to everyone for all the fun this weekend and the photos! Big thanks to Taryn for sending me Dirty Nick pictures since my camera really is a piece of crap. Or, as Naughty Nick would say, Crap! Crap! Crap!

Wild Thing

On Saturday, Mom and I took a road trip! It was really exciting. Jon Farleigh and Dewi went along too, we got to ride in their Mom's car. It was a loooong ride, and when we got there I could hardly believe my eyes - my Mama Scout and my sister Sally were there, along with Uncle Grump Spencer!!! And there were a lot of other corgis there too - I could hardly believe my eyes at how many there were, all shapes and sizes and colors and they all had tails like me!

This is my new friend Banjo. He is only 13 weeks old but he was so much fun to play with!

That's my sister Sally (f.k.a. Susan) on the blue bed. She has Banjo pinned...she likes to do that, especially to me! At one point, she rolled me over and we went sliding down the hill into a big mud puddle! It was AWESOME! Grandma Janet was nice enough to give me two baths and lots of smooches and hugs. I was so tired from playing with Sally that I slept the whole way home, slept all night, and pretty much all day Sunday! Mom was pretty happy about that. So was Rufus. Mom says to tell you guys that her pictures aren't that good - they are pretty blurry because Sally and I never stopped moving! But she's going to go through her pictures tonight and see if there are more good ones to post.

Friday Frapping - The Secret Corgi Convocation

Last night, I had my Secret Corgi Convocation with my great uncle Jon Farleigh and his brother Dewi. It was more fun than should be allowable by law.

First, their hooman mom Elizabeth said hello to me. She is really nice. She also carries a lot of good treats in her bag.

Then, I got to meet Jon Farleigh and Dewi.

Butts were sniffed, pee mail was read, and we were ready to start our training mission.

Hey guys, let's go over here so we can talk and the hoomans can't hear us.

Let's go this way!

Let's go this way!
***sound of brakes squealing...***

Treat break! Mmmm, salmon treats!

Then it started getting dark so our Moms took us and our boys out for ice cream. I wasn't exactly sure what ice cream was, but it was goooood.

Really, really goooood.

I came home and fell asleep in one of my favorite spots, and dreamed of ice cream. I hope we can have another Secret Corgi Convocation again - thanks Dewi and Jon Farleigh!

Too clean

Whew. It's been an exhausting week. Being an International Man of Mystery is a full-time job, I tell you. That and trying to keep my ears up have just worn me out.

Tonight I have a Super Secret Corgi Convocation with my great-uncle Jon Farleigh and his blue brother Dewi. You can see them over at The Chronicles of Cardigan. Mom even made me take a bath last night for the occasion. Now I smell like oranges and my coat looks really handsome. Hopefully I can find some deer poop to roll in before we go to our meeting so I can smell better, no one likes a good-smelling dog!

Have a great Friday, everybody! Make sure you root for VCU and University of Richmond tonight...I have no idea why, but everyone around here is talking about it. If it involves food, I'm in!
