Wild Thing

On Saturday, Mom and I took a road trip! It was really exciting. Jon Farleigh and Dewi went along too, we got to ride in their Mom's car. It was a loooong ride, and when we got there I could hardly believe my eyes - my Mama Scout and my sister Sally were there, along with Uncle Grump Spencer!!! And there were a lot of other corgis there too - I could hardly believe my eyes at how many there were, all shapes and sizes and colors and they all had tails like me!

This is my new friend Banjo. He is only 13 weeks old but he was so much fun to play with!

That's my sister Sally (f.k.a. Susan) on the blue bed. She has Banjo pinned...she likes to do that, especially to me! At one point, she rolled me over and we went sliding down the hill into a big mud puddle! It was AWESOME! Grandma Janet was nice enough to give me two baths and lots of smooches and hugs. I was so tired from playing with Sally that I slept the whole way home, slept all night, and pretty much all day Sunday! Mom was pretty happy about that. So was Rufus. Mom says to tell you guys that her pictures aren't that good - they are pretty blurry because Sally and I never stopped moving! But she's going to go through her pictures tonight and see if there are more good ones to post.

  3. Looks like a big time up there in Maryland. Bogey and Georgia will be jealous they missed it but want you to know they are planning a Cardi Party for the beginning of June.

  4. Nick is now the new Party Animal, so he'll be happy to party with the Cardis again!

I'm hoping Taryn got some good shots of Nick in the mud...he looked like a little mudball! So stinkin' cute it was ridiculous.

  5. Someone in my house had the great idea to hike the whole 5-mile trail at Dutch Gap yesterday...and...my dad and step-mom showed up Saturday at 9 p.m. (surprise!). Point being - I have a gazillion photos to doctor up a bit - including some REALLY dirty ones, and my reporter "Dwayne" still owes me a "story." As soon as this comes together, there will be more evidence (I mean nice photos) from the MD meet-up over at my place.
